Lens review: Princess MiMi Geo Starmish Brown from Honeycolour.com

β™₯ Sponsored product post β™₯

The princess Mimi range of lenses are lenses designed by various famous Gyaru icons. Gyaru is a Japanese term that basically means over the top fashionista’s and within Gyaru style there are many different sub-styles.

This particular range is designed by Mai Hirose a famous Popteen model from Japan. Thank you Honeycolor for kindly sponsoring this pair of lenses for me to review. I’ve always wanted to try this pair after falling in love with other Princess Mimi lenses.
Geo is a very popular and reputable brand as well, and their lenses have been safety approved by the Korean Food & Drug association.

What I love about the Starmish Brown contacts is that it has a beautiful golden honey color, like your natural brown eyes but brighter, it’s great for a vibrant but natural look. The diameter is also fairly large but not too big that it looks over the top. It’s a nice natural 14.5mm.

This is a pretty true reflection of the honey brown colour.

They are very very comfortable too, since when I put them on first, I barely felt them on! I wore them for a whole day while I roamed about Japan, and had no problems with them on. I’d say they will feel uncomfortable and dry at about the 7th hour of use.
Now for some good ol’ cam whore shots :)))

These lenses are on sale at the moment for $19.12 at Honeycolor and they offer free international shipping for purchases over $100 (about 4-5 pair of lenses). Their shipping is exceptional too, even though it is free at 100 dollars for me, it arrived in only a few days!
If you like these and want a free pair you can enter the lens giveaway found on my previous lens review on the Super Pink Grey lenses. The giveaway details are at the bottom of the post.

Much love xoxo
