I had such a great night tonight. It was my first YouTube partner workshop! So much fun meeting people and learning tips and tricks that could help us grow our channel.
I still haven’t started doing my YouTube partner banner or anything yet! I’m still waiting for my brand new logo :)! Hopefully I can reveal that soon!
Now back to skater skirts and melty hearts :)! I love skater skirts, who would have thought an adaptation of a wildly unattractive uniform (that spandex leotard) can look so good! I love pairing the high waisted A line skirt with baggy and comfortable tops because it really tones down the uptight nature of the skirt.
I’ve seen some great color variations on the street from maroon to leather. I thought I’d go a boring black monochrome outfit spiced with pastel accessories and a tinkerbelle bracelet (from the trusty kids section of H&M)
The melty heart top is from H&M and I picked it up on my Singapore trip for $17.90. It’s a size too big but I guess the smaller sizes are so popular they sell out quite quickly
The skater skirt is from far east plaza which is a shopping center full of cheap Chinese fashion and it is a mix of treasured pieces and absolute horrors. I was lucky enough to find this skirt for a cheap $19!! I had been looking for a cheapish one for a while I’m sad though, since it’s one size it could have been made a bit smaller so I can really sit it higher on my body instead of sitting just above my hips But hey you can’t have everything right?
Without further ado
I hope you all had a great day too :)!! Much love!!
OH PS!! The ears are made from my actual HAIR not a headband :)!!
